Conductor Bar System is a new type of power distribution device, adopt high-quality insulating materials for its shell, embedded 5 power transmission aluminium conductors as power transmission busbar, and configured with mobile and flexible collector, which is simple and compact in structure, safe and reliable, and saves electric energy.
The unit length is 3016mm (equal to the height of 2 standard sections), and it is directly mounted on the standard section with iron fixtures. Its birth has effectively solved the problems of short life span of cables, easy to be stolen, and easy to be disconnected in windy weather, which affects the safety of the construction and other problems that have been troubling the customers for many years.

16mm2 Conductor Bar System with features:

  • Does not take up the load of the lift: the conductor bar system is fixed on the standard section, the weight is decomposed into each standard section, and does not increase the cage load.
  • Unaffected by the weather: the conductor bar system is fixed on the standard section, no matter how windy it is, it is stationary and does not affect the operation of the construction hoist.
  • Not easy to lose: the dismantling of the slip cables is not profitable as they have little added value.
  • Damage easy to replace: the conductor bar is assembled parts, which parts are damaged, you only need to replace the damaged parts, do not need to replace the whole root, and the parts are easier to replace, only need to dismantle the joints can be replaced on the spot.
  • No topping: When the construction hoist is equipped with a conductor bar system, If the limiter fails and the collector flushes out of the top, the system will automatically cut off the power supply, and the hoist will stop running and will not be topped.
  • Can be added according to the progress of the project: the length of each is 3016mm, which is equivalent to the height of two standard sections, and the connection method is plug-in type, which can be added with the height of the standard section.
  • Recyclable: it can be used normally for 4 to 6 years, and when the project is completed, it can be used again.
