Power Busbar System is a new type of power transmission and distribution device used in construction cranes. Its outer shell is made of high-quality insulating material, with 5 embedded transmission aluminum wires as the transmission busbar and a mobile and flexible collector. It has a simple and compact structure, is safe and reliable, and saves energy.
The length of each one is 3016mm (equal to the height of 2 standard sections), and it is directly mounted on the standard section with iron fixtures. Its birth has effectively solved the problems of short life span of cables, easy to be stolen, and easy to be disconnected in windy weather, which affects the safety of the construction and other problems that have been troubling the customers for many years.

35mm2 Power Busbar System with features:

  • No added load on the lift: The Power Busbar System is fixed on standard sections, distributing weight evenly without increasing the cage’s load.
  • Weather-resistant: Fixed to standard sections, the Power Busbar System remains stationary regardless of wind, ensuring uninterrupted lift operation.
  • Low theft risk: The Power Busbar System has little value once dismantled, making it unattractive for theft.
  • Easily replaceable: If damaged, only the affected part needs replacing, with simple on-site repairs by detaching joints.
  • No topping risk: If the limit fails, the collector will automatically disconnect from the slip wire, halting the lift without topping.
  • Adjustable to project progress: Each section is 3016mm long and can be easily added or adjusted by connecting plug-in sections.
  • Reusable: The Power Busbar System lasts 4-6 years and can be reused after project completion.
